All classes will run all year round. There will be minimal breaks in school holidays and your children can join in or sit and watch!

If you are new to exercise and would like a chat before you start please call or email me.

I will be at classes approx 10 mins before each class to introduce myself to any new participants. Please be aware that a health screening form will need to be filled in on arrival.

Mature Movers is a low impact aerobic workout, designed for 65+. It will help tone the body, increase fitness and improve flexibility.

Total Body Workout is a high intensity aerobics workout. (Suitable for all as low impact moves can be given) This workout will get your heart pumping and will sculpt and tone your whole body.

Outdoor Fitness suits everyone. A fun environment to get fresh air, exercise and meet new people. A circuit based class which is suitable for all the family.

Body Conditioning is suitable for all ages. It focuses on weights to condition all major muscle groups. There is a 10/15 min basic aerobic warm up followed by weighted moves and own body weight moves to tone and strengthen the whole body.

Stretch and Tone is suitable for all age groups and abilities.  A low impact aerobic warmup followed by stretch and mobilisation of joints.  A small weights section to increase muscle strength, and the rest of the class is focused on core exercises, stability, balance and stretch
