If classes are not for you and you would prefer a personal training session in your home or local park then 1-2-1 or small group sessions are also available.

There will be no class on Thursday 24th October 2024.

If you want a zoom class just let me know and i can send you a recording. You can also join a zoom class live.

All you need to do to access the classes is download the zoom app, join a meeting and put in my ID number 269-769-1322 and my password 17101977
