If classes are not for you and you would prefer a personal training session in your home or local park then 1-2-1 or small group sessions are also available.

Class timetable over Easter

Good Friday - No class

Easter Saturday 9am Outdoor Fitness at The Royal Kent school

Bank holiday Monday - No class

Tuesday and Thursday as usual. I then have my operation so no classes running from Friday 5th April to Friday 12th April. Back to normal Saturday 13th.

All classes are still running via zoom aswell.

All you need to do to access the classes is download the zoom app, join a meeting and put in my ID number 269-769-1322 and my password 17101977
